Jill the builder... you know, like Bob the builder???

I just want to make a little tribute to Jill for all her hard work. You all should see how busy she is and how well she handles it. I feel sorry for the little girl for everything she has on her plate. I'm sure you all can imagine that I am not able to help out too much on the wedding plans, but she is taking it like a champ. Always excited and finding sweet deals that make it easier for me. She knows how to take those plans to me, she'll say, we saved $50 from our initial budget, we got this and this and this...... and it only cost this much. I guess I am a cheap wad eh? She is in school right now full time, and she also works two LONG days a week nannying for a family. I don't know how she handles it but she is amazing. I feel bad, I only work like 15-20 hours a week, my biggest stress is whether I am going to eat taco bell today, or Quiznos.... its a tough life. She is amazing and I sure love her.

Goodbye To loved Ones

Saying goodbye to loved ones no matter how long you have known them, or how long you have to say goodbye for, is one of the hardest thing a person ever has to do. I recently have done this, and am constantly missing these loved ones. I miss just being with them! I miss the way they made me feel. I miss the pure joy they brought into my life, however fleeting those moments may have been...they always brought me joy. I think the hardest thing about saying goodbye to these loved ones, is that although I loved them dearly (some I loved for the majority of my life, and some in just the last few years) I knew they were not good for me. There were so many highs and lows in our relationship. These loved ones of mine had the capability of making me feel like I was floating on clouds, and nothing mattered but spending time with them, or thinking about the next time I would get to spend more time with them. But, after spending a few wonderful minutes, hours, sometimes days together I was always left lower than before. I was always disappointed. It was amazing how quickly those fleeting moments of happiness passed when I could see the effects on me, from my relationships with these loved ones. Being in these relationships left me looking and feeling tired, and all around Worse off! I finally decided to let go of them. Each and everyone of them....you have no idea how hard this has been. Dane still keeps in touch with many of these loved ones I said goodbye to, but he is always sweet to say things like, "they were not that great when I was with them today". "Babe, they don't even look very good anymore", or "Babe you seem so much better off with out them". Although this does give me great comfort I still can not help but MISS these loved ones. I miss everything about them, even the way they smell! I always am asking other people how they are doing, and if they still like them as much I used to... I even try to convince others that those "loved ones" of mine are not even that great!(Petty I know). Anyways...sorry to blab on and on, but I quite obviously do not have any closure on this situation so I thought I would said goodbye to these loved ones, officially, and by name, in hopes that some day soon I can truly be over them!
So here it goes....

Goodbye Popcorn- You have been my longest loved one of the bunch and my dearest friend. Remember when you would hang out with me all day long when I was a little girl? Remember how I never could remember to pop you for 3 minutes, and often popped you for 30?! Poor thing...but you always forgave me...you never failed me. I miss meeting up with you at movies the most. I walk into a theatre and your presence surrounds me...those moments are the hardest for sure. You were my favorite, but arguably the worst for me! So... Goodbye!

Goodbye Candy- You were always my second best friend to popcorn. Cake and ice cream could never hold a candle to you. You were always there for me...day in...day out...winding up in my purse when I didn't even know how you got there. You celebrated many many holidays with me. I remember one year telling all my friends that for my birthday, all I wanted was you. You and I have had a very on-again off-again relationship, but I think this time it has to be for good...mostly. Goodbye!

Goodbye Tortilla chips with a hint of lime- I didn't meet you until recently, but that holds no bearing on how much I have come to ADORE you. You have been there from the beginning of mine and Dane's relationship. You have been there with us on so many fun nights, and important occasions. When you were around I never needed anything else...not salsa...not dip...nothing...just you. I know Dane still hangs out with you every now and then, and that's ok, but I just can't see you for awhile...maybe our time will come again, but if so...only in moderation. Goodbye!

Goodbye to the rest of you that contributed to the lack of energy, highs and lows, and 15 extra pounds that I gained over the last year. To mention a few, Red Robin burgers and bottomless garlic fries, chipotle burrito bowls, Dr.Peppers, and cream sodas from Dane's parents house, Applebee's late night appetizers for HALF-PRICE, the occasional chocolate, guacomole dip from cheesecake factory, late night brownies, and the list could go on!

Like I said it has been so hard to say goodbye to each and every one of you, if only for a short time, but it has been worth it. In case any of you loved ones feel this is a sudden departure I will give you an explanation.
I am getting married in less than 6 months, I want to look DANG good on my Wedding Day, that is all!

Sincerely no longer yours,
Jill Kristin Bradbury

PS. In case any of you former-loved ones are wondering how I am doing... I am doing great! I have alot more energy, my stomach rarely hurts, I am getting by with so much less, and I have lost 8 pounds and over 10 inches in only a couple weeks away from you all!
